Two-Hour Trail Ride

Trail Riding Lesson Program – Want to learn how to enjoy the local scenic trails here in Edgewater, Maryland in a whole new way? Our horseback riding trail ride lesson program will give you a one-of-a-kind experience.

Participants must be 10 or older.  Our staff will provide lesson(s) ensuring that the rider is capable of controlling their own horse with instruction.  The program will teach the rider about properly tacking up the horse, how to evaluate and navigate a trail while riding, and progress you through proper training so that you can have a safe and enjoyable experience.

For your safety and enjoyment, our friendly staff will guide you in each step throughout all rides. We do not permit double riding. Helmets, long pants, and closed-toe shoes are required. Wild Kid Acres has helmets available for riders who do not have their own.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made at minimum 7 days in advance for a full refund.
Inclement weather policy: In case of inclement weather, you may reschedule to another date subject to availability.
Waiver must be filled out by all participants.
